Hei taas!
Matkamme jatkuu Valtatie 1:stä seuraten etelää kohden. Maisemat olivat kauniita ja jännittäviä, emme juurikaan pysähdelleet muuten kuin niitä ihailemaan ja kuvia ottamaan ja kerran syömään. Joten annan siis enimmäkseen kuvien puhua tällä kertaa!
Hello again!
Our trip continues along Highway 1 to south. The landscapes were both beautiful and exciting, and we did not stop much for other things that to admire those and to take photos or for eating. So I let mostly the photos talk this time!
Bixpy Bridge - silta on tunnettu ja monilla on sieltä aivan upeita kuvia. Meillä ei kuitenkaan ollut mahdollisuutta odottaa jännittävää aamusumua sen enempää kuin auringonlaskuakaan saadaksemme tämän dramaattisempia kuvia. Mutta silta on silti komea ja maisema vaikuttava - ainakin meidän mielestämme!
Bixpy Bridge is well known and many people have got quite amasing pictures from there. We although didn ot have the possibility to wait for some exciting morning fogg, not sunset either, to get more dramatic photos than these. But the bridge is fine and lanscape impressing - at least we think so!
The white sandy beaches followed one afte another!
Yli tämän valkoisen hiekkarannan virtaa vuorelta pieni joki, ja värit ovat tosi jännittävät!
Over this white sandy beach there runs a little river from the mountain
, and the colours are very exciting!
Tämä kuva voisi olla Norjan tuntureilta ruska-aikaan vuono taustanaan!

Tällaiset hauskat huiskaheinät olisin mielelläni ottanut puutarhaa koristamaan. Ne olivat tosi korkeita ja näyttäviä ja kasvoivat kuivassa tien reunmassa.
This kind of hays I would happily had in my own garden. They were very high and imosing, growing on a dry way side.
Maisema oli muuttumassa, vuoret ja rannat mustuivat ja aallot näyttivät synkemmiltä! Ja sitten yht'äkkiä kivellä istui eräs suosikki kuvauskohteeni: Lokki, aina yhtä uteliaana ja röyhkeän rohkeana!
The landscape was changing, the mountains and beaches turned blacker and the waves saw darker!
And then there were suddenly on of my favourite photomotives: the seagull, always equally curious and bold!
Maisema muuttui jälleen, se pehmeni, mataloitui ja tuli rehevämmäksi. Tien vierissä oli laitumilla mustia härkiä ja .....hei, sehän yksi raidallinen, sehän on seepra! Miten se on tänne joutunut?!!
The Landscape changed again, it became more soften, lower and more greened. Along the way there were black oxes on the grass and...hey, the one there is streaky, it's a zebra! Here, how come?!
Ja hieman myöhemmin aukeni meren puolella jälleen hienoja hiekkarantoja. Huomasimme siellä auringon lämmittämässä hiekassa lekottelevan suuren lauman merileijonia. Ne osin kaivautuivat hiekkaan ja välillä heittelivät sitä päälleenkin. Aurinko painui yhä alemmas, pehmeät aallot vyöryivät rantaan, mutta merileijonat vain nautiskelivat rannalla illan hämärtymisestä huolimatta, ehkä se olikin niiden yöpymispaikka.
A little bit later there opened again fine sandy beaches. We noticed then a lot of sealeions lying on the sunny warm sand, some had digges theirselves partly in sand, and some casting sand over their bodies. The sun was almost setting but they were jus lying there enjopying thereselves despite the beginning evening, maybe it was their nightplace.
Me jatkoimme matkaa jo viimeisten auringonsäteiden punertaessa vuorten huippuja ja takanamme laski aurinko mereen. Meillä oli vielä hieman ajomatkaa jäljellä seuraavaan yöpymispaikkaan, joka oli pikkukaupungissa nimeltä San Luis Obispo.
We continued our drive when already the last sun beams painted the mountain tops rosy, and behind
us the sun set to the sea. We still had some driving in head of us to our next nighting place in a little
town named San Luis Opispo
